All packages include a control panel, a battery backup, window decals, a yard sign and an internal siren or door chime. And remember all this equipment is FREE, you'll only have a monthly monitoring fee which varies with each package.

• Copper - this package comes with 3 entry point detectors and a Motion Detector.
• Bronze - this package comes with 7 entry point detectors and a Motion Detector.
• Silver - this package comes with 10 entry point detectors and a Motion Detector.
• Gold - this package comes with 12 entry point detectors and a Motion Detector.
• Platinum - this package comes with 15 entry point detectors and a Motion Detector.

Need help choosing a system... How do I choose a system that is right for me?

Sensors and Motion Detectors When deciding how many sensors you'll need on windows and doors, it is recommended that you have a sensor located at all entry points and windows on ground level. For instance the Copper package with 3 sensors would be sufficient for a smaller home or apartment. If you have a larger home you most likely have at least 3 entry points so obviously you would need a bigger package to cover ground level windows also.

Additional equipment

Once you choose the perfect package for your home and family, you also have the option to customize your package with additional pieces of equipment to meet your security needs. Some of the extras they offer that you may consider adding on to the system you choose include:

Limited Lifetime Product Warranty

Some alarm companies charge an extra monthly fee to have a warranty on your home monitoring security system. Protect America stands behind their product with a FREE Lifetime Warranty that covers your security system equipment for as long as you are a customer. They will ship replacement parts for all defective home monitoring security equipment to you at no charge as long as your system is being monitored by one of their monitoring facility and as long as the customer complies with the terms of their Standard Monitoring Agreement.

If something needs replaced you'll need to call the Protect America, Inc. customer service group and they will attempt to resolve the equipment problem by doing a diagnostic check of the system over the telephone line. If they find their equipment to be faulty, the company will ship a replacement piece to customer to replace defective one.
